Comedy Cool Water underway in Amman
Ali Samadi Ahadi directs the black-comedy set against the Mideast conflict.Karim Saleh stars in Ali Samadi Ahadi’s black-comedy about a male stripper who returns to his Middle East home for his father’s funeral.
Brave New Work produces alongside ARD Degeto. Finance comes from Germany’s FFA and Filmforderung Hamburg.
Shooting will be completed by early March after the main shoot in Amman and a few days in Hamburg, Germany.
The project had once attracted Emir Kusturica.
